CA AutoBank's corporate website and customer portal were running on an aging Joomla installation. Content updates required developer intervention, the design was not mobile-responsive, and the customer knowledge base was scattered across PDFs and static HTML pages.
What We Built
Migrated the entire platform to Angular for the frontend with Pimcore as the headless CMS, giving the content team full editorial control. Built a searchable knowledge base with faceted filtering, and containerized the entire stack with Docker and Kubernetes for reliable deployments.
Results
Portal usage increased 60%, support tickets dropped 25%, and content update frequency improved 50%. The Kubernetes infrastructure enabled zero-downtime deployments and horizontal scaling during peak traffic.
